How long will it take to ship my item?
Orders generally ship within 24 hours. We will inform our customers if there are any significant delays such as an item being out of stock.

How to Return Merchandise A valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning your merchandise!
You can obtain your own RMA number, by e-mailing us with detailed reasons for your return at email@example.com or faxing us at 254-666-1238.
You can also obtain an RMA by calling us at 254-715-2603.
Upon approval, Harris Creek Trading Company will issue a Return Authorization Number.
Refunds will only be issued after a Return Authorization Number has been obtained.
Please print the RMA# on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Returned items must be undamaged and in saleable condition.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Packages that are refused by the customer or undeliverable and returned to Harris Creek Trading Company will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee once package is received.
